Located in Mansfield, a suburb to the south of Dallas/Fort Worth, PetCure Oncology Dallas operates the radiation oncology service within Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists –  Mansfield, a 24-hour emergency and veterinary specialty center that is prepared to care for pets any time, day, or night. In addition to state-of-the-art medical oncology and radiation oncology services, this specialty hospital also provides 24/7 emergency care and orthopedics specialists.

PetCure Radiation Oncologist: Karanbir Randhawa, DVM, DACVR (RO)

Dr. Randhawa is a board-certified Radiation Oncologist and will be spearheading the radiation oncology department at PetCure Oncology Dallas starting in February 2024. He is a distinguished graduate of the University of Wisconsin’s veterinary school where he also completed his residency. His foray into radiation oncology was sparked by an interest in both physics and technology.

Dr. Randhawa is committed to pushing the boundaries of veterinary medicine where he envisions continual advancements in treatment options. His passion for radiation oncology lies in exploring innovative applications of radiation and its various sources.

When he’s not helping pet patients, Dr. Randhawa enjoys spending time with his cat, Cherry Berry, and his dog, Thorin. During his spare time, you can find him playing basketball, boxing, or playing Warhammer 40K.
